Live Audio-conference: An interactive training session conducted over the Internet. It is typically 60-90 minutes in duration. During a Live Audio-conference a participant can hear the session over the phone (no screen-sharing). A participant is allowed to ask live questions to the speaker.


E-Transcript: A word for word PDF version of real time webinar content originally presented in the Webinar/Audio-conference. It also comprises the presentation used by the speaker in the Webinar.


On-Demand: Replay of previously recorded Webinar available online to access anytime, anywhere.


DVD: A DVD of Webinar recording (video + audio) that a buyer can use as per their convenience for their personal use.


Digital Download: It is a link using which the registrant can download the digital copy of the previously recorded Webinar in MP4 format. Customer can play it multiple times as per their convenience for personal use only.
